You get a written quote before any work starts. Nikola prices the job from your list and photos, or from a quick look in person when it needs one. Quotes are free.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the schedule and the size of the job. Send your list and Nikola will give you the first open date with your quote.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way works. If you've already bought the fixture, shelf or paint, Nikola installs it. If not, he can pick up what the job needs and list it on your quote.
Is there anything you don't do?
Plumbing, roofing and electrical work such as light fixtures, fans, outlets and switches. Those trades need licenses, and Nikola only takes work he's licensed and set up to do. If you're not sure about a job, ask. He'll tell you straight.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Nikola handles unit turnovers, punch lists and repairs between tenants, with before and after photos and an itemized invoice for every job. A W-9 is available on request.
